It’s the metric that tells you how effective your website is.
For therapists, conversion rate is how many people get in touch relative to the site’s number of visitors.
So if 100 people visit a website and 1 fills out an inquiry form, the conversion rate is 1%. If 5 fill it out, the rate would be 5%.
Conversion rate matters because the higher the rate is, the easier it is for your website to bring in new clients.

No, my templates are exclusively designed for Squarespace because it is user-friendly, SEO-friendly, and easy to manage.

Not at all. All customizations (colors, fonts, photos) can be done directly within Squarespace. I recommend royalty-free photo sites like Pexels.com if needed.
